EV Sales in China Set New Record in October
Data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) has revealed that China sold 1.7 million electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles in October, setting a new monthly record for the rapidly expanding electric vehicle market. EV makers like BYD and Nio surpassed September sales by roughly 111,000 units, with year-over-year growth hitting 20 percent compared to October 2024.
