Authentic Holdings (OTC: AHRO) announced its agreement to acquire Goliath Motion Pictures Entertainment in an $11 million equity-based transaction. The acquisition will bring over 40,000 titles, including award-winning shows and films such as In Living Color, The Cosby Show, and Open Range, under Authentic Holdings’ ownership. The deal is structured as Convertible Preferred Stock, with conversion restrictions for three years to minimize shareholder dilution. Management expects the acquisition to strengthen Maybacks Global Entertainment’s market position, increase advertising revenue, and support expansion into all major U.S. markets. An 8-K will be filed with the SEC upon completion.
