The update notes that subsidiary Pearsanta submitted a bid to acquire substantially all assets of Lucira Health Inc., including Lucira Connect and FDA-approved at-home combination COVID-19 and flu tests. The company was chosen as a backup bidder. Despite an objection filed by Aditxt noting issues related to fairness and good faith, Pearsanta remains the backup bidder. Earlier this month, Aditxt formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Adivir Inc., focused on the company’s therapeutics and antimicrobial program. The company continues to consider a potential transaction with Cellvera, a company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing antimicrobial therapies across a broad spectrum of infectious diseases. Aditxt continues to move forward with its human clinical trials in Germany, studying Adimune.
