The offering was comprised of 3,333,333 shares of common stock or common stock equivalents; the offering also included warrants to purchase up to 3,333,333 shares of common stock. The combined offering price to the public was $6 per share and associated warrant, with the warrants, which are exercisable upon being issued, having an exercise price of $6 per share. H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering, which resulted in approximately $20 million in gross proceeds for the company. Aditxt anticipates using the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and operating expenses.
